Sameway is operated from Germany. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection, data protection, or other mandatory laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Sameway 由德国运营。本使用条款受德国法律管辖，但不影响用户居住地强制性消费者保护、数据保护或其他强制性法律的适用。

Users are responsible for using Sameway in compliance with laws that apply to them locally. Sameway is intended for users aged 18 or older.

用户有责任遵守其所在地适用法律。Sameway 仅面向 18 岁及以上用户。

Sameway does not guarantee that it verifies every user's real identity. Users are responsible for their own decisions, communications, and offline meetups.

Sameway may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or ban accounts for safety, legal, or rule violations.

• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual content directed at users / 骚扰、仇恨言论、歧视、性骚扰或针对用户的色情内容
• Child safety violations / 危害儿童安全
• Scams, phishing, fraud, impersonation, spam, or mass advertising / 诈骗、钓鱼、欺诈、冒充、垃圾信息或批量广告
• Illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, or other illegal transactions / 非法商品或服务、武器、毒品或其他非法交易
• Violence threats, self-harm encouragement, terrorism, or extremist content / 暴力威胁、鼓励自伤、恐怖主义或极端主义内容
• Privacy leaks, doxxing, or sharing others' private information / 泄露隐私、人肉搜索或分享他人私人信息
• Unsafe offline behavior or pressuring users to meet / 不安全线下行为或强迫他人见面
